| 工作描述： |
-Responsible for system maintenance, customer, operation, etc. related system issue/requirement tracking and fixed coordination 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維/客戶/運(yùn)營等相關(guān)系統(tǒng)異常處理的問題或需求 -Responsible for daily system issue fixing and coordinate with technical team and make sure all system issue fixed ASAP 負(fù)責(zé)日常系統(tǒng)故障處理，和技術(shù)人員合作，確保系統(tǒng)的問題快速解決 -Responsible for research and analysis of customer / business requirements, demand feedback, business blueprint communication and confirmation, etc. 負(fù)責(zé)對客戶/業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析、需求反饋、業(yè)務(wù)藍(lán)圖溝通確認(rèn)等； -Follow SME STD write requirement document. 按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)撰寫需求文檔 -Responsible for writing end user testing scrip. 編寫終端用戶測試腳本； -Support technical team finished end user testing 協(xié)助技術(shù)團(tuán)隊完成終端用戶測試； -Responsible for supply chain (WMS/TMS/OMS/WCS) end user training and other work. 從事物流供應(yīng)鏈（WMS/TMS/OMS/WCS）系統(tǒng)改造后對終端用戶的培訓(xùn)等工作； -Responsible for writing and maintaining system related operation Job Aids、training materials and other documents. 負(fù)責(zé)編寫、維護(hù)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)操作手冊、培訓(xùn)資料等文檔； -High performance coordination between customer, business and technical team and communication about system requirement. Make sure all system development same as requirement. 高效的協(xié)調(diào)客戶、運(yùn)營、技術(shù)部門針對于系統(tǒng)需求的溝通，協(xié)助3方信息溝通，確保系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與需求一致； -Provide reasonable suggestion, support overall system process flow more perfect. 提出合理化建議，幫助整個系統(tǒng)流程更加完善； -To-be supporter during E-com promotion 電商大促期間的不同部門間支持及支援； -To be supporter per business request. 為Team之外的業(yè)務(wù)需求提供幫助； |
