1. Team Management - Coordination with supplies on parts, quality, delivery schedule, etc; - Coordination with sales and customers on prototype building, delivery, etc; - Coordination with application team, sales to develop new products, build prototypes, customer's qualifications. 2. Motor mechanical design - Prepare drawings; - Responsible for mechanical design for new projects in company. 3. Build motor prototypes - Find part suppliers (working with purchasing group); - Build motor parts like winding; - Assembly parts into final motors. 4. Other works as assigned by supervisor |
