Key Accountabilities 主要職責： 1)Define Equipment Maintenance contents and time plan 定義設(shè)備維護內(nèi)容和時間計劃 2)Keep all production equipment available for production as main target. 把保證所有設(shè)備的正常運行作為最主要的目標 3)Provide appropriate resources for machine/equipment maintenance. 提供機器和設(shè)備維護需要的合適資源 4)Develop and maintain TPM system 開發(fā)和維護預防性維護體系 5)Evaluate Training needs and plan training in the area. 評估所需要的培訓和計劃培訓 6)Control / Follow-up maintenance budgets. Follow-up maintenance targets. 控制和執(zhí)行維護預算，實現(xiàn)維護目標 7)Maintain premises in a state of order, cleanliness and discipline 在有序，清潔和符合公司規(guī)章制度的狀態(tài)下開展維護工作 8)Stimulate use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D-Report ) 在日常工作中，有效使用質(zhì)量工具（防呆，PDCA，8D報告） 9)Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools; 采取合適的措施防止任何影響產(chǎn)品工藝和質(zhì)量的意外發(fā)生 10)Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment 持續(xù)改善工廠安全，環(huán)境的管理程序和規(guī)則 11)Coordinate other department to fulfill the TPM target; 協(xié)調(diào)其他部門來完成TPM的年度指標 12)Keep Organization structure considering back-up people; 在考慮人員備用的情況下，保證組織結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定 13)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上級指定的其他任何工作。 |
